Ruth Roemer

Ruth Roemer is a seasoned organizational consultant specializing in talent management and succession planning. She is a dynamic leader with over 25 years experience partnering with senior executives helping to analyze and design organizational structures, identify needed leadership competencies and succession planning processes, as well as facilitating the building and implementation of change strategies required to ensure successful achievement of the organization's strategic imperative.

Ruth has leveraged her succession planning expertise across a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She created a career path network for a global pharmaceutical firm and led the succession planning process for the Research and Development organization. In addition, she has facilitated a succession planning process in a large social service agency. She facilitated the development and implementation of a competency framework and career development process for the product development organization of a telecommunications firm.

Other key projects include lead consultant in the creation of a global medical development organization for one of the top ten specialty pharmaceutical firms; development and implementation of a global job model for a research and development organization including facilitating the globally agreed definitions of scientific and medical capabilities as well as leadership competencies for senior executive roles; project lead and coach to the senior Human Resources executive in the successful integration of an international bio-sciences firm into a $13 Billion pharmaceutical organization.

Ms. Roemer’s expertise has been strategically applied during consulting engagements throughout the US, Europe, Mexico and Puerto Rico within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, NGO and state government sectors. In addition, Ruth has also served as global Human Resource business partner to board members responsible for research and development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ruth holds an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University and a BS in Organizational Behavior from Oakland University.
